Customize & Add-Ons
Specialty balloons, elaborate decorations, and other custom requests require a separate quote. Themes are subject to availability and our ability to create coordinating designs. We need the birthday child's name, theme, and preferred colors at least 7 days before the party.

Not a birthday? Our upstairs room is also available on its own for baby showers, family gatherings, and other events.

How Parties Work
Guest counts
- Each birthday package covers 12 participating children. The birthday child counts as one of the 12.
- Smaller parties pay the base package price.
- Additional participating children receive all treats and favors included in their selected package.
- Adults and children who are only attending don't pay a participant fee. Their treats can be added separately.
- When you book, we ask for both the number of participating children and the total number attending.
- Maximum room occupancy is 49 people total, including adults and children.
Setup & event time
- All birthday packages include two hours of celebration time.
- All birthday packages and room rentals include access for up to 1 hour before your booked start time for setup, at no extra charge.
- The setup time never reduces your booked celebration or rental time, and it's reserved on our calendar so bookings never overlap.
- Extra event time is $50.00 per hour and must be arranged in advance.
- Online booking offers times that fit between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, setup included. Your confirmation shows your setup access time and your event start and end times. After-hours events are available by inquiry with a separate quote.
Food & service
- Bring your own food, cake, and nonalcoholic drinks at no extra charge.
- Ice cream is served at our downstairs counter — you coordinate serving time with our staff.
- Parents supervise the children and organize party activities. A dedicated party host is not included.
- iCandy provides the room, prepares and serves the included treats, and handles basic cleanup.
- The private booking is for the upstairs room. The shop stays open to other customers.
Booking & payment
- A $50.00 non-refundable deposit secures your booking and is applied toward your total.
- The remaining balance is charged automatically to your card on file about 7 days before your event.
- You can change or cancel up to 7 days before your event. After that, the balance is charged and is non-refundable.
- Final participant counts, theme details, add-ons, and extra time must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
- You'll see your complete total — extra children, treats, decorations, and extra time included — before you pay anything.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does every birthday package include ice cream?
Yes. Ice Cream Party, Sweet Celebration, and Party Ready all include one single-scoop ice cream in a cup for every participating child. Sweet Celebration and Party Ready add popcorn and a candy favor bag.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes. You're welcome to bring your own food, cake, and nonalcoholic drinks at no additional charge. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
How long is the party?
Birthday packages include two hours of celebration time, and room rentals include three hours. You also get up to 1 hour of free setup access before your start time, which doesn't reduce your event time. Extra time is $50.00 per hour, arranged in advance and subject to availability.
How many kids are included, and what if I have more?
Each birthday package covers up to 12 participating children, including the birthday child. Each additional participating child is $8.00 (Ice Cream Party), $12.00 (Sweet Celebration), or $14.00 (Party Ready), and receives everything in their package. Smaller parties simply pay the base price.
Do adults and non-participating guests cost extra?
There's no participant fee for adults or children who are only attending. If you'd like treats for them, you can add ice cream ($3.50), small popcorn ($2.00), or a candy favor bag ($5.00) individually. Total room occupancy is 49 people.
Is there a deposit?
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is charged when you book to secure your date, and is applied toward your total. The remaining balance is charged automatically about 7 days before your event, using the same card on file.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes — you can make changes or cancel up to 7 days before your event. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. The deposit itself is non-refundable, but no further charges will be made if you cancel before the balance is due. Final participant counts, theme details, add-ons, and extra time need to be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
Do you offer custom decorations or after-hours parties?
Yes, by request. Specialty balloons, elaborate decorations, other custom requests, and after-hours events each get a separate quote — just contact us or mention it in the notes when you book.

No. Your booking is for the private upstairs room, and the shop stays open to other customers. Ice cream is served at the downstairs counter, and you coordinate serving time with our staff.
