1. Choose Your Package
All three birthday packages include ice cream for every participating child. Each covers up to 12 children (the birthday child counts as one) and two hours in our upstairs event room.

Ice Cream Party — $175.00
- Two hours of private use of the upstairs event room
- Up to 12 participating children, including the birthday child
- One single-scoop ice cream in a cup per participating child
- Tables, chairs, solid-color tablecloths, plates, napkins, and spoons
- Our existing backdrop and candy cart
- Basic setup and post-party cleanup
Sweet Celebration — $225.00
- Two hours of private use of the upstairs event room
- Up to 12 participating children, including the birthday child
- One single-scoop ice cream in a cup per participating child
- One small popcorn serving per participating child
- One pick-your-own candy favor bag per participating child (limited to 1/4 pound of eligible bulk candy)
- One standard sticker sheet in each favor bag
- Tables, chairs, solid-color tablecloths, plates, napkins, and spoons
- Our existing backdrop and candy cart
- Basic setup and post-party cleanup
Party Ready — $300.00
- Everything in Sweet Celebration, including ice cream, popcorn, and candy favors
- A balloon arch with up to three coordinating standard colors
- Personalized sticker sheets featuring the birthday child's name and a coordinating theme (replacing the standard sheets)
- Coordinating tablecloths, plates, and napkins. A themed tablecloth is included when available; otherwise we use solid colors that match the theme
- A reusable Happy Birthday sign
2. Choose a Date & Time
Gray days are closed; pink-dotted days already have an event booked (there may still be open times around it). Every booking includes up to 60 minutes of free setup time before your start time, and that setup time doesn't use up any of your event time.
Self-serve times fit between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, including setup. Extra time is subject to availability. For after-hours events, contact us for a quote.
3. Guests & Party Details
The birthday child's name, theme, and preferred colors are needed at least 7 days before the party. Themes are subject to availability and our ability to create coordinating designs.
4. Extras (optional)
Only extras that aren't already part of your package are shown, so you're never charged twice. Specialty balloons, elaborate decorations, and other custom requests need a separate quote — mention them in the notes below.

6. Review & Agreement
Choose an available date and time above to review your booking agreement.
7. Payment
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is charged now to hold your date and is applied toward your total. Your card is saved securely with our payment processor (Square) so the remaining balance can be charged automatically about 7 days before your event — no need to come back and pay again. You can change or cancel up to 7 days before your event.
